Start every workspace in master layout

1. Open ~/Library/Application Support/JimiOS Alpha/config.json.
2. Add "layout": "master".
3. Quit JimiOS from its menu and open it again.

⌥R still changes any workspace’s layout. A workspace you’ve already changed keeps its layout after a restart.
